At Zarpo, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be available. Because our service involves AI-generated personalized digital content, our refund policy is subject to specific conditions outlined below.
Before Book Generation
If you have purchased a credit or book and have not yet initiated the AI generation process, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at support@zarpo.io within 14 days of purchase to request a refund before generation begins.
After Book Generation
Once you have initiated the AI book generation process, no refund is available. Under Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By clicking to generate your book, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Print and Fulfillment Issues
If your printed book arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or significantly different from what was approved, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Print-related issues are handled on a case-by-case basis through our print partner Gelato. We may offer a reprint, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@zarpo.io with your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for print defects). We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
