Once your book is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for printing and delivery, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your book ships.
Once illustration has started, the book content cannot be modified. However, if your book hasn't entered illustration yet, you may be eligible for a refund.
You can request a refund through the form below or by emailing support@zarpo.io. Refunds are available for books that haven't entered the illustration process.
