Welcome to Zarpo. By accessing or using our service at zarpo.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Zarpo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Registration
To use our service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Zarpo è una piattaforma che consente agli utenti di creare libri di storie personalizzati e illustrati con IA. Il nostro servizio utilizza l'intelligenza artificiale per generare storie, illustrazioni e contenuti di libri basati sulle informazioni fornite. I libri finiti possono essere visualizzati in anteprima digitale e ordinati come copie stampate con copertina rigida premium.
User Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create through our service, including the personalized books, stories, and illustrations generated for you. By using our service, you grant Zarpo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and deliver your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership over your books or creative output.
Payment Terms
I servizi di generazione e stampa di libri hanno un prezzo di 44,95 EUR per libro (o prezzi a pacchetto come visualizzati al momento del pagamento). I pagamenti vengono elaborati in modo sicuro tramite Stripe e/o BBVA attraverso il terminale punto vendita virtuale (TPV Virtual) di Redsys, a seconda del metodo di pagamento selezionato. Entrambi i processori operano secondo gli standard di sicurezza PCI-DSS. Zarpo non memorizza i dati completi della vostra carta. Una volta avviata la generazione del libro, i pagamenti non sono rimborsabili poiché il processo di generazione con IA costituisce una consegna digitale immediata. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our service to create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, scrape our platform, or use our service in any way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.
Intellectual Property
The Zarpo platform, including our website design, software, AI models, and brand identity, is owned by Zarpo and protected by intellectual property laws. The books you create are yours; our platform technology is ours. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zarpo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
